Exchange Policy

All items are FINAL sale and unfortunately cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges due to cross contamination. It is the duty of the buyer to ask questions, review descriptions, and to view images closely prior to making a purchase. If you have any issues or concerns regarding your order, please email us at spilltheteah20@yahoo.com with your order number, full name, and description of your concern to resolve any disputes.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your item has left the facility, Spill The Tea: Tea Bar is not responsible if items received are broken, damaged, or lost in the mail. (DISCLAIMER: In our four years of business, I am proud to state that we have only had two orders that have been damaged during shipping and we fixed the issue with a store credit of the purchase price and shipping due to proof of damage in transit.)

Our gift cards can be used online; they also never expire or depreciate and are final sale. Gift cards are exempt from discounts and promotions unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1 business day for order processing, and an additional 1-4 days for expedited shipping or 3-7 business days for ground, depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout.

Standard Three-Day- 3 business days

Standard Ground (Continental US)- 3-7 business days

Outside of the United States- 7 to 12 business days

Some orders may ship faster or slower depending on proximity to our Georgia location.
